A Seder meal is a Jewish ceremonial feast held on the first night or two of Pesach (Passover) to commemorate the Exodus from Egypt. Meaning "order" in Hebrew, it involves a structured 15-step ritual, including telling the story of the Haggadah (Guidebook to the Passover evening meal [Seder]), drinking four cups of wine, eating matzah (unleavened bread), and using symbolic foods on a Seder plate. See https://www.chabad.org/holidays/passover/pesach_cdo/aid/1751/jewish/What-Is-a-Seder-Passover-Meal.htm for more information.
All St. Paul parishioners and their families, including children, are encouraged to come together to celebrate this profound custom of our Catholic heritage. It will be in Spanish and English.
If you would like to help with the meal, please contact Ruth Brooks at (901) 305-3680. Please call the parish office at 901-346-2380 to RSVP by Wednesday, March 18.
